Foxton Locks has always been a magnet to tourists and Photographers with many of them drawn towards the Canal Boat repair workshops.

However no more. The engineers have ceased repairing boats and the workshop and crane area has now been removed, much to the dismay of local boat owners with the site left as an empty flat piece of land.
